Ordering Information

Martha and I (Sanford, her husband) operate Bible Data Services from Peachtree City, GA, near Atlanta.  We are evaluating whether to offer on-line ordering and payment via this web site, but for now we must ask you to call, write, or email to order or get more information.

By phone, call (770) 486-0011.  If the answering machine answers, it will ask you to leave your credit card info, email address (if you want to track UPS orders, and the other usual credit card info plus your mailing address.

By fax, call (770) 486-0011.  If the phone system hears a FAX tone/beep it will switch to the FAX machine automatically, otherwise the phone and/or answering machine will get the call.  If you have a manual FAX, make it send the tone/beep when you call.

By email, write to bibledataservices@mindspring.com.  This email address is for general questions and is not safe to be used to place orders since it is not secure. So far (20+ years) we have had no problems with credit card orders via email but if you prefer you can call and leave any orders on the phone line.

Payments by check: we will prepare your order and hold it until we receive your check.  Make checks out to Bible Data Services.

Payments by credit card: we accept VISA, MasterCard, and Discover. The answering machine will remind you, but we will need your card number, expiration date, and the name as it appears on the card. We ship credit card orders as quickly as possible.

Shipping info: we typically ship by UPS or by the U.S. Postal Service.  Shipping will be added to the cost of your order. Overseas orders and shipping are handled individually and it is usually best if you call or email so we can work out the details in advance. Typically shipments go out on Wednesdays and Fridays.  Orders received on the weekends will not be shipped until the following weekday.  The office is not staffed consistently, so if Martha is out of town your message/order may not be heard and completed until Martha or I return.

General info: please remember we're in the Eastern Time Zone, so if you're calling from Asia, Europe, or Africa you may get the answering machine. If Martha is out of town (see her Seminar Schedule page) you'll probably get the answering machine. If you don't get a response from us within a day we're all probably out of town.

Help: we sometimes listen to messages 6-8 times trying to hear and figure out a number or name or address, so please, speak clearly, slowly and steadily on the answering machine. We're from the South, so please remember... we listen slowly!
